1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using ClawControl.AI, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under connected messaging channels and integrations linked to your account.

3. Service Description

ClawControl.AI is a subscription SaaS for operating personal AI assistants. Depending on your plan and configuration, the Service includes dedicated cloud-hosted agent infrastructure, chat and memory features, and third-party messaging connectivity (for example WhatsApp and Telegram).

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plan Changes

• Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors.
• Plan features, limits, and pricing are shown in-product and may be updated from time to time.
• Message allowances and other usage limits may apply by plan. Exceeding a limit may restrict further use until reset, upgrade, or renewal.
• Cancelations generally take effect at period end unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in-product.
• If billing ends or fails, related hosted resources and features may be reduced, suspended, or deprovisioned.

5. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Service depends on third-party providers for identity, billing, cloud infrastructure, messaging transport, and model inference. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law or violate rights of others.
• Send spam, malware, or abusive/harassing content.
• Interfere with security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use the Service in ways that violate third-party platform rules (including messaging platform policies).

We may investigate misuse and take action, including rate limiting, suspension, or termination.

7. Customer Data and Privacy

You retain rights to your content and data. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and permissions for the data you submit, including data sent via connected channels.

8. Intellectual Property

ClawControl.AI and related software, trademarks, and branding are owned by ClawControl or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. AI Output and Automation Risk

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or high-impact decisions.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawControl and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security issues, abuse, or non-payment.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
